Returning to Rhythm – Olhão, Portugal (September–October 2027)

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the Returning to Rhythm Retreat hosted by PhiNutriomics in Olhão, Portugal, from 30 September to 5 October 2027.
By reserving a place on this retreat, you agree to the following terms.
A place at Returning to Rhythm — Olhão, 30 September–5 October 2027 is reserved once the applicable reservation payment has been received.
The retreat investment starts from:
Private occupancy: €2,475 per person
Shared occupancy: €2,125 per person
The exact retreat investment varies according to the suite selected.
The reservation payments are:
Private occupancy: €772.50
Shared occupancy: €592.50 per person
The reservation payment forms part of the total retreat investment. Once your reservation has been received, you will be sent the accommodation guide and invited to select your preferred suite from those still available. Suites are allocated in the order reservations are received. Any difference between the starting retreat investment and the price of your selected suite will be reflected in your final balance.
The remaining balance is due by 8 July 2027.
For reservations made on or after 8 July 2027, the full retreat investment is due at the time of booking.
A reservation is not considered complete until the required payment has been received.
The reservation payment is fully refundable for 7 days from the date it is received. After this 7-day period, the reservation payment becomes non-refundable.

If a guest chooses to cancel their booking, the following cancellation terms apply:
Before 8 July 2027:
The reservation payment is non-refundable once the 7-day refund period has passed. Any additional retreat payments already made will be refunded.
From 8 July 2027 onwards:
If a guest cancels their booking, a cancellation charge of up to the full amount of the retreat investment may apply. The amount will reflect the timing of the cancellation, PhiNutriomics’ resulting financial loss, any costs saved as a result of the cancellation, and whether the place can reasonably be filled by another guest.
No refund will normally be provided for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure.
Where PhiNutriomics is able to fill a cancelled place, this will be taken into account when determining any additional refund that may be due, together with costs already incurred or committed and any reasonable administrative costs associated with the cancellation and replacement booking.
Where applicable law gives a guest a greater right to cancel or receive a refund than is provided for above, those statutory rights will apply.
Guests are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, illness and other circumstances that may prevent them from attending.
Shared occupancy is available for two guests booking together. Each guest must complete their own reservation and pay the shared reservation payment of €592.50 per person.
Both reservations should be completed within 48 hours of each other. A shared suite is confirmed once both reservation payments have been received.
Shared occupancy is based on two guests sharing a double or queen bed. Separate beds may be available in selected suites on request and are subject to availability.
If only one of the two guests completes their reservation within 48 hours, PhiNutriomics will contact that guest to discuss the available options. A shared suite cannot be held indefinitely for an incomplete booking.
If one guest subsequently cancels, this does not automatically cancel the other guest's booking. The remaining guest may, subject to availability:
nominate another person to take the cancelled guest's place, in accordance with Section 12 (Transfer of a Booking);
change to private occupancy and pay any applicable difference in the retreat investment; or
cancel their own booking, in which case the cancellation terms in Section 2 will apply.
Any change to a shared-suite arrangement must be agreed with PhiNutriomics in advance.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Participation in Returning to Rhythm is voluntary. Guests are responsible for considering their own health, fitness and personal circumstances when deciding whether to participate in the retreat and its activities.
The retreat includes gentle movement practices, including yoga and Qigong, walking, and activities in outdoor and natural environments. Guests are encouraged to participate at their own pace and may choose not to take part in any activity.
Guests are responsible for informing PhiNutriomics before the retreat of any relevant health condition, injury, allergy, dietary requirement or other circumstance that may affect their participation or that the retreat team should reasonably be aware of.
PhiNutriomics reserves the right to decline participation where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the retreat cannot safely or appropriately accommodate a guest's needs or circumstances.
Some locations visited during the retreat provide opportunities for optional sea bathing or swimming. Casa dos Mercados also has swimming pools available for guests' personal use. These are not supervised retreat activities, and guests who choose to swim or enter the sea do so according to their own judgement and ability.
Where appropriate, guests should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
The retreat and its activities are intended for general wellbeing and educational purposes and are not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location.
PhiNutriomics strongly recommends that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance from the time of booking, covering, as appropriate, cancellation, illness, medical expenses, travel disruption and personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate passport, visa and other documentation required for travel to Portugal.
PhiNutriomics is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations or disruptions outside its reasonable control.
PhiNutriomics retreats are designed to provide a respectful and restorative environment.
Participants are expected to act with kindness, consideration and respect towards other guests, the retreat team, service providers, local communities and retreat property.
PhiNutriomics reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the retreat where their behaviour is seriously disruptive, unsafe, threatening or harmful to others, or where they repeatedly disregard reasonable requests intended to protect the wellbeing or safety of the group.
Where reasonably possible and appropriate, concerns will be raised with the participant before a decision is made to ask them to leave.
A participant who is required to leave because of their conduct will be responsible for their own onward travel and associated costs. No refund will normally be provided for the unused portion of the retreat, subject to applicable consumer law.
Participation in retreat activities is voluntary.
Guests acknowledge that travel, movement practices, walking and activities in outdoor and natural environments involve inherent risks. Guests who choose to use swimming pools, enter the sea or take part in other optional activities are responsible for exercising reasonable judgement according to their own health, ability and circumstances.
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings. PhiNutriomics cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where responsibility arises under applicable law.
Some activities, treatments, transport and other services may be provided by independent third-party providers. Where this is the case, guests may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and safety requirements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Returning to Rhythm requires a minimum of 5 confirmed participants to proceed.
If the number of confirmed participants falls below this minimum, PhiNutriomics reserves the right to cancel the retreat. Guests will be notified of any cancellation on this basis no later than 15 August 2027.
PhiNutriomics is not required to cancel the retreat if participant numbers fall below the stated minimum and may choose to proceed where it is reasonably able to do so.
Where PhiNutriomics cancels the retreat because the minimum number of participants has not been reached, guests whose bookings remain active will receive a full refund of all retreat payments made to PhiNutriomics, without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
A guest who has already cancelled their own booking before PhiNutriomics cancels the retreat remains subject to the guest cancellation terms set out in Section 2.
PhiNutriomics may also cancel the retreat where it is prevented from providing the retreat because of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Where PhiNutriomics cancels for unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of retreat payments made to PhiNutriomics, without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
Where appropriate, PhiNutriomics may offer guests the option of transferring their booking to a future retreat, but guests will not be required to accept this instead of a refund.
PhiNutriomics is not responsible for guests' independently arranged travel or other personal expenses, except where responsibility arises under applicable law.
Guests are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance and to consider flexible or refundable travel arrangements.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UK and EU data protection legislation.
Personal information provided in connection with the retreat will be used for retreat administration, communication, safety and the delivery of the retreat.
Information will not be shared with third parties except where reasonably necessary for the organisation or delivery of the retreat, where the guest has consented, or where disclosure is required by law.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the PhiNutriomics Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply to a guest under the laws of their country of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
PhiNutriomics reserves the right to make reasonable minor changes to retreat programming, facilitators, schedule, activities or venue arrangements where necessary.
Any significant change affecting a material element of the retreat will be communicated to guests as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a significant change gives a guest rights to accept an alternative arrangement, cancel or receive a refund under applicable law, those rights will be respected.
If a guest is unable to attend, they should contact PhiNutriomics as soon as possible if they wish to request that their booking be transferred to another person.
Any proposed replacement guest must satisfy the conditions applicable to the retreat and provide any information reasonably required to complete the booking.
Any transfer is subject to applicable law and to any reasonable costs actually incurred by PhiNutriomics as a result of the transfer.
For shared occupancy, any replacement guest must also be compatible with the existing shared-suite arrangement and the replacement must be agreed before the transfer is completed.
