Retreat Terms & Conditions

The 30% reservation payment is fully refundable within 7 days of booking.

After this 7-day reflection period, the reservation payment becomes non-refundable.

For shared suites, the 7-day reflection period begins once both reservation payments have been received.

Subsequent instalments are refundable until 13 August 2026.

From 13 August 2026 onward (8 weeks prior to the retreat), all payments are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

By booking the retreat, guests confirm that they are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in gentle movement practices, outdoor walks, sauna use, and general retreat programming.

Guests are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions prior to attendance.

PhiNutriomics reserves the right to decline participation if a condition is deemed unsuitable for the retreat environment.

This retreat is educational and wellness-oriented and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location.

PhiNutriomics strongly recommends obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, illness, travel disruption, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

PhiNutriomics shall not be liable for travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions outside its control.

PhiNutriomics retreats are designed to provide a respectful and restorative environment.

Participants are expected to act with kindness, consideration, and respect toward other guests, staff, and the retreat property.

PhiNutriomics reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to the group environment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Participation in retreat activities is voluntary.

Guests acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with travel, movement practices, sauna and pool use, outdoor terrain, and general participation in group activities.

PhiNutriomics shall not be liable for:

• Injury sustained during the retreat

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Accidents occurring on or around the retreat premises

except where such loss or injury is directly caused by proven negligence of PhiNutriomics.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety at all times.

PhiNutriomics shall not be liable for cancellation or modification of the retreat due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue closure, government restrictions, travel disruption, or other unforeseeable events.

In such cases, payments may be transferred to a future retreat date. Refunds will be considered at the discretion of PhiNutriomics, less any non-recoverable costs.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UK and EU data protection legislation (including GDPR).

Data is used solely for retreat administration and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or operational necessity.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
